• Payment information (processed securely via PayU)
• Profile photos and device/browser information

How We Use Your Data

• To verify academic eligibility and process semester rewards
• To power our AI document verification system
• To prevent fraud and duplicate submissions
• To communicate reward credits, renewals, and platform updates

Data Security

All student data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Documents are stored securely on Google Firebase Storage with restricted access controls.

Third-Party Sharing

StudyFiX does not sell student data to any third party. We share data only with payment processors (PayU) for transaction verification and Google Firebase for cloud infrastructure.

Document Usage

Uploaded documents are used exclusively for academic eligibility verification and reward disbursement. They are never shared with advertisers or external institutions without explicit student consent.
